can hammer out vanilla no worries it's good, see their direction :P or you can stop the game from updating so your mods still work, the amount of play time you will get out of the game thus far could give you what 80? to 300+ hours (depending on play style), lol. So i wouldn't worry about it not being finished it's always pretty well polished. including the cheeks lol

In the nexus mods, look in the comments, it should mention if the mod is working in the current version of Valheim.
Valheim does not currently officially support mods.
Make sure in the Vortex Manger that the mod is installed and enabled
try pressing F1 when in game and see if anything pops up
