It is your CPU. I tested the issue on both of my gaming pc. Check your task manager while the game is running.

I found out that a simple restart of Windows 11 often sorts things out. Even on SSD it is a bit annoying to have to do, but it simply fixes the computing environment in a way that benefits the performance. Maybe give it a try, if you use sleep/hibernate a lot.

And by the way, Windows shutdown is not preferable to restart in this case. Do restarts instead of shutdowns.

Thats cause windows does not do a proper shutdown unless you hold shift when pressing shutdown :D

So u running on a Laptop?

by default windows uses hibernate/wake instead of shutdown/reboot

to disable hibernate
powercfg -h off

Vacumed my pc, blew a fuse in the apartment when trying to start the pc, had to buy new ones, Now trying to update GPU drivers, made a clean uninstal with DDU, now installing fresh nvidia drivers, will see how it goes

Seems that didn't fix it either, hell is going on with this pc. Had a weird microstuttering issue before aswell, had to do a complete reset of the OS to clean it up and make it run smooth again.
