I'll give it a shot. BipInEx is required to run mods on Valheim. Strangely enough I can host a modded multiplayer server client side but trying to host dedicated doesn't work; spite following guides to a T.

EDIT: No luck using "./start_game_bepinex.sh %command% -console" I appreciate the suggestion though.

Just as a data point, I'm on Fedora-35, just -console works for me. I'm on vanilla tho, no mods.

Traditionally -console has always worked for me. I finally said to heck with it and installed a client side mod that negates the need to use launch parameters and just gives me a console window lol.

maybe try:

Unfortunately this didn't resolve my issue. I'm a bit dumbfounded. I've hosted minecraft, ark, multiple different games and never had much issue. I hosted dedicated Valheim servers back when I ran Windows; but as soon as I install BepInEx on the server it refuses to launch.

Quite strange considering I can run a vanilla dedicated just fine ( no console ofc ). I'm at a loss.
