F I X fighting on inclines
Mistlands' intensely vertical environments is REALLY exacerbating the issues with fighting on different levels as your opponents.
I've lost track of how many times I've been unable to hit Seekers while they swing back in overhead arcs. The dungeons are bad too with having to go up and down stairs/ramps. Now with 1 and 2 star seekers in groups of 3 its getting really really irritating.
Honestly it has been a glaring issue with Valheim's combat system since day 1; there has GOT to be some way to address this.

yeah they need to fix that its garbo that they can hit you just fine on a incline but as soon as you want to hit them back it just goes right through them

if you want to fix it for yourself, It changes two variables and works great, devs could do it no problem but dont hold your breath.

the best way to fight on inclines is to use the mistlands sledgehammer, it damages everything in a sphere around the impact point and it deals so much knockback everything will be flung off the cliff after 1 hit. From what I’ve seen slamming seekers with it is that it puts them in their stunned state too so you can spam it and kill them even when they come in large groups of 3-4

Mistlands' intensely vertical environments is REALLY exacerbating the issues with fighting on different levels as your opponents.this, i had forgotten how bad this was with this game, especially with a weapon like the spear. make it like dark souls and other modern games where if u look down with the camera, u aim the weapon down as well..

oh yeah. I was getting blasted good by this problem in the Mistlands. Alot of inclines there.
