Have around 20+ mods now, some of them add a bunch of new monsters to last 3 biomes, so that the game is playable beyond killing Yagluth. Others add new items, crafting from containers, fixing angle of attack, improving archery, and other "small" improvements to annoying issues. Then there are mods that simplify things a bit, like teleportable ore (or even teleportable wolves for that matter) - I started from scratch with mods and I'm not looking forward to hauling ore around the world again.
I don't use mods that make the game too easy (combat wise), on the contrary, I increase the difficulty through some mods - more stars, various buffs, increased stats to monsters and such.
I've completed vanilla, so there's not much to do afterwards, but I'm not done with this game and I want to continue playing it :) Some mods do quite a massive overhaul to the game, basically allowing you to continue playing while you wait for new content from devs, which I suppose we'll be waiting for awhile, so why not spice things up with mods.

I play mostly vanilla but also have a server with some mods like the diablo gear drops and some QoL that share the map progress amongst players.

No mods at all, I cannot report bugs I find if I am using a mod, and I want to be able to report bugs to make this game better.

I use farmgrid that gives planting crops snapping points. Makes it quicker and more reliable to plant, especially the harder to do ones like barley or carrots. Nothing else though.

no mods here....after this last playthru I might load some....Valheim+ looks like the obvious first choice.

I do first run vanilla. I’ve added some that make the game more playable for me. Just go to Nexus and look at the top mods. Chances are if something bugged you it also bugged a mod author and he ‘fixed’ it.

I played about 250 hours without and the rest with mods. Mostly "quality of life" such as Valheim Plus. Epic loot is fun but will totally break the game with max'ed out Legendary gear (still fun though).

Haven't played with mods yet. I thought I would wait until we reached a more stable patch before trying anything gameplay altering.
Had I known so little would change between February and now I might have tried some mods anyway. But now I genuinely do think that content might be added soon, so I may as well continue to wait.

No mods, if the devs wants the game to be as it is, i'll play as it is and wait for their own game mods (updates).

I use some farming mods to speed up harvesting and planting. Thats it.

no mods yet. finding the game a bit empty approaching yagluth though. just sailing around looking for totems or other resources with no real direction

Valheim Plus usually, I've beaten the base content that currently exists in vanilla mode, so now I play abit more laid back.

I use the portal ore mod, changes to QoL stuff like more ore in smelter etc. Don't use anything that makes combat easier or give more xp etc. Or change stamina drain.
