Hard to explain, since i'm totally burned out.
But they added a bit everywhere and added a new biomen.

And they added magic for the new biomen, and they added some here and there, so i say generally its better then it was at launch, since the game dont desync and corrupt as offen.

I do disagree with some ranges, like the rugs not stacking, but overall i say it was good.
However there is alot of things i like to see changed.

mostly additions, a few minor modifications. review the hearth & home changes + mistlands and you know most of it. New weapons, new stuff for the home, food rework, mistlands biome, fishing overhaul.
general idea, explore/survive/base building is similar.
