Only way atm is to enable devcommands, right click Valheim in the launch option type in
-consol ok and close that.
then start game ingame click F5 opens the cmd consol
type in devcommands press enter then type debugmode press enter if all correct you will see active. Esc back to game
then equip the hammer press B to enter creative mode > then go to furniture and select tree from menu.
The tree has lights that flick on and off very pretty.

They added the tree and packages to the build menu a few days ago

If you hadnt inlcuded my comment I would have removed that.

Hmm.. maybe try picking up some of the materials required to make them and see if that triggers it? Touching some fir cones and fine wood should do it. Also sometimes you have to equip the hammer to trigger it.
