I have killed a Oozer without killing the Blobs to collect three glowing items and when you see three you know there's a trophy. Unfortunately it was a Blob Trophy so no Oozer Trophies exist in game. This is no fact and not sure if the Dev might think of having a different trophy for it though unlikely.
