Skyheim Mod was the culprit.

sounds like a bug or a cloud save update problem

seemingly evertime i log back on, Blood magic and Elemental Magic reset back to 0. every other skill is unchanged from last i played.

What do you mean by resetting ? Does your skills go back to 0 or your shield/skeletons disappear ? Because you should only lose skills upon death, like every other skill there is

if you die, they go down. Don't die and they go up :)

yeah. am aware of that basic mechanic. however i haven't died in 2 days (IRL) and they reset every time i log on.
