Can Fuling camps be destroyed?
I am attempting to find a good location for a plains farm and my top pick for a location has a fuling camp on it. Is it possible to destroy the camp completely? Is it possible to secure a location like that? Just don't want to go to the effort if there is no point.

You can also choose not to destroy it, mobs will not respawn there anyways. One of my bases is an old Fuling camp.

a few parts can be dismantled with hammer (workbench/stonecutter), but most needs axe

The Iron Sledge is more fun for the bits that need an axe... (or anything else, for that matter). a few parts can be dismantled with hammer (workbench/stonecutter), but most needs axe

I dont destroy the fuling structures.
Rather the opposite, i try to do as little damage as possible on their buildings.
I place workbenches in cleaned camps to prevent further enemy spawn.
I use one camp with two tar pits nearby as barley, flax and tar farm.
And on the moder island i occupied an fuling stone tower, built a workbench and portal inside and use it as scout outpost to explore the island.
You can also hide yourself in their shacks or roofed spy towers if you accidentally lured a deathsquito.
They cant enter buildings because of their flight pathing and lose interest after a while.
And as far as i observed, they do not attack the buildings if they cant reach you within attack range.
After my countless deads in plains, i developed the tactic to sprint naked from cleaned camp to cleaned camp to come into range of my last gravestone (only fulings must still be avoided).

of course its possible. just destroy all the buildings and build your base on top of it. making workshops will prevent any enemies spawning inside their radius.

you can destroy those completely by using the hammer and a bit of brute force on the other parts
