It has pause. It's called logging out.

Probably because it's designed to be multiplayer, although solo pause would be a good addition.

Time Mod on Nexus will let you pause until then.

Logging out is not pause😔. If you didn't lose your rested buff upon logging out then wouldn't be that bad. Single player pause and even host pause should be a thing. Would stop alot of griefing it seems that goes on. It's obnoxious if you need to answer the door, take a piss etc etc you have to totally interrupt your game, this game punishes you for having a real life lol 😂

diablo 3 didn't need pause. valheim do.

Not sure if this is supposed to be sarcastic or just dumb. Most games don't have random raids that can happen while you're sitting in your base afk for a few minutes.

This game is MULTIPLAYER... There are no single player servers... They are ALL set up to accept multiple people (if the password is known). For OBVIOUS reasons, a pause function will never be part of a multiplayer game.

THIS is actually the correct answer. The game was created with multiplayer as its core functionality it seems. If you play single player, it's just you playing solo in a MP-functioning world.

Just use a mod to pause the game.
