Some items we can attach "styles" to, like the Linen Cape and the various Shields. If I wanted to spawn one of these in, what would be the correct command format?

[And yes, I do realize I can just go into debugmode and toggle nocost on, I just want to know the console way to do this, if anyone knows.]
