This is a well known seed and it's a good one for what the OP is asking. Have seen old posts with the same seed, it's quite good.

I actually found a seed with a really big continent. Try the seed "Scheirer" on the website "Valheim world generator" to see it. the main island (if you see the few hundred meter of water as a connection) is about 13km long, that's giant compared to the radius of 10km of the whole world

Try Yggdrasil, it worked for me

Every seed is located somewhere within this map. There's some bigger islands in there but nothing I would personally call a "continent".

i like to know what its your definition of continent , OP aswer it easily : some big fat or long island with every biome ( even mistlands ) , and there are some of these in your x6 seed

That mod requires Better Continents which by itself lets you have a large continent pretty easily. It worked for me on default settings, but that could just be coincidence with my seed.
