It will take more stamina at higher level.

Because its not level based but gear based, and you'll likely upgrade into something slower.

8 stamina at level 100, if I remember correctly. It's been a long while since I've checked (some time last autumn).

again, stamina usage for jumps is NOT determined by the jump skill.

the ONLY THING that the jump skill does is boost your jump height to a max of 40% at level 100.

stamina usage for jumps is based on the base stamina value, multiplied by the armor stamina drain.

TL;DR:
A naked jump will cost 10 Stamina, whether your skill level is 1 or 100.
100 skill in Jump will get you a jump height of 3 meters.

Pretty sure jump is a static drain. The level gives more height.
