I did not get the access for build a portal ?
Its been a while since i have gathered every ingredients to build a portal but it is still not in my building list.
The same with the second boat (I actually dont know how it is called in english ^^)
I want to travel to the second boss but i tried it with the raft and failed obviously.
Im wondering what i did wrong

The OP probably is mistaking finewood for normal/core wood, since that’s the common denominator for both structures. You gotta break birch or oak trees (the white or very thick dark brown ones) to get it and it is not the same as normal wood.I even chopped some birch just to make sure but i did not get any portal appear on my buildings unfortunately
Take a screenshot of all the materials required to build the 2 items in your inventory and take a screenshot of your unlocked structures in all building tabs. This way we can for sure know the issue.

For the boat to appear you need to craft bronze nails. Portal appearing is also dependant on something similar.Yeah thats what i wrote online too but i didnt not get the access to build it :(

Pardon the foolish question, but have you looked for the portal under the miscellaneous tab on the hammer's right-click menu?

Really? You can fell birch tree like this? And what will you do to prick it after? It looks like you need a troll if you want to get fine wood early...
Trolls are not strange - just huge. And they destroy trees pretty fast.
And cutting down birch and oak trees require a bronze axe if you dont want to try your luck destroying the birches with other falling/rolling trees - or by even stranger methods.

OP says they have all of the ingredients.Doesn't look like it. I've started 4 separate playthroughs solo and three coop characters, and never encountered any missing recipes. I might be wrong, but the new recipes require the knowledge (acquisition) of every ingredient item.

Portals need 2 Surtling Cores, 10 Greydwarf Eyes and 20 Finewood each.
Karve needs 80 Bronze Nails, 10 Deerhide, 30 Finewood and 20 Resin (each).

The portal building engram will appear when you get fine wood and/or Surtling Cores. Fine wood from birch trees while using a bronze axe and Surtling Cores from Burial Chambers in Black Forest biom
