Can’t find star boars
My buddy rented us a server for our group of friends to play on. After about two weeks of gaming on it no one has seen any 1 or 2 star boar. We see star variations of everything else. Just not the boar. Anyone know why this might be? Bug or something? I’ve never had a problem finding them until recently.

Search at night and near the rune stones (boar stones)

I got a 2* at noon in meadows. I think first time in my playtime. Brought it home, was on its way to be tamed and the game decided to send a skeleton event and they charged it and killed it

I'm not sure about this but after killing several Boss's I believe everything gets more stars from what I've noticed.

I'm not sure about this but after killing several Boss's I believe everything gets more stars from what I've noticed.The chance is the same but u force respawns when u kill things

Found a two star boar in the forest few days ago, shot him, he was tasty.
No pig farming for me.
But yes, encounter one about every 40 hours of play time.

Randomness. I think that the more you go away from the center of world, the more stars they get.
