It'll happen, just look at Kenshi :beeped:. That game was in development for TWELVE YEARS, game is still super popular and the modding scene is out of this world. Plus, they're making Kenshi 2 now. If they can pull the rabbit out of the hat so can the Valheim devs (Hopefully).

What point is that? That you are impatient and assuming? Also, Lightning in a bottle would only apply if this game depended on hype to keep it going, which it does not since it isn't an MMORPG or multi-player PvP game.

Yes, I talked about a positive example that may or may not be replicated here in Valheim. My point was that small developer teams "can" accomplish great things over extended periods of time.
