I know there's mods for extra weapons, so try looking for one of those. Dont know what material levels their weapons start at though, so you'll just have to find out for yourself.

Been looking into a mod called *Warfare* that seem to be focusing on "filling up" the empty spaces of weapons/tools in each tier but it seems to be locked premium content in the mod itself.. so I ain't sure.
