I for one am glad to see some magic weapons in the game. As long as they're balanced well it will be nice to use something other than a bow to hit enemies from afar.

it's not an mmo or pvp game... you don't have to use magic if you don't wish to. I fail to see how it ruins the game lol.

Does anyone know if I start a new save of the test branch (i've never joined one before), will it convert back to normal once the test is over or will it be forever lost once the test ends?

I never said it was too much. I said I was disappointed.

I'd say I was 80% happy with Valheim this morning. I was hoping the update would see that number go up. After seeing the trailer, it went down. When I actually get to experience it, maybe the other things will bring it back up a bit. We'll have to wait and see.

Again, at this moment, I am disappointed. I already have some of the Elder Scrolls games, and there's a plethora of others out there with all the magic. Low magic or no magic games are harder to come by and is one of the things that I really liked about the game
