I have done quite the testing for a huge stretch of land seed and the closest seed I found and played (thoroughly enjoyed) is Valheimzor . I now pass this seed on to you, in hope it satisfies your needs..

thank you again but I already was using this tool to check the seeds for the size of the plains described. your suggestions were great but I'm still searching for larger. I'm after a quite unrealistic seed. I'm looking for a seed that has a single plains location that makes up more than 5% of the total map size. I know I'll probably never find anything like that until some sore of map maker is available (possibly never) But I still wanted to reach out and ask since any random seed could lead to anything (besides a few perimeters) as far as I know.

It isn't 5% but the northwestern corner may be able to be connected, given enough time, dev commands, and using the hoe to raise the land.

This seed has a very expansive plain to the west. It's about a quarter of the map in length, and it's width is decent. Plus, there are a lot of Mistlands nearby.
Now this island doesn't have Yagluth on it, but the first four bosses are all lined up nicely.

plains are coded to be small and close to mountains by the looks of it, but this is an ok one
