sounds like you've been pretty lucky.
me and my buddies had about 6-7 invasions so far.
once by greydwarfs, 3 times by trolls, once by surtlings and the rest by draugr/skellies.
they never managed to actually do any damage to our base though, so there's that.

oh and this was long before we reached day 180, and we're currently on day 223.
43 days without a raid is pretty lucky, but your luck is even better it seems

not all raids trigger for the same things, if you focus on trolls for a bit, they get revenge. Thankfully I still continue to have only the Ek party. Just gathered my first obsidian ever.

Idk, try going into the Mountains and surviving "You are being hunted"

Edit: The game punishes you trying to fend it alone. Your best bet during raids is hoping they are near a base, in which case you have prepared to be able to kite them everywhere, including a safe spot away from the base, as well as accepting that some of your base might be destroyed.

I would recommend building a catwalk, a tower, and using these to fire arrows from, and building an underground stash of all your best gear, and a panic room to fend off attacks on your last stand, with a portal behind you to a meadows or black forest base.

RNG. Just like how you'll see threads of people saying "Geez, I get raided every 20 minutes!", there's bound to be threads like this of people that rarely get raided.

Interesting. I clear cut a ton of the trees around my base, terraformed it and put up walls, I just wanted to make sure i didn't break spawns or something that would make me miss out on the experience.

I went on a 200 day streak of not having a raid, it primarily just comes down to rng and not being at your base when the raid check happens every 40-45 min

It also requires proximity to base structures in order to trigger, so if you are spending a considerable amount of time away from bases they don't get raised. I had gotten a couple "Forest is Moving" raids before beating the Elder, though I do spend a lot of time around the base doing farming and such plus smelting.

The strangest thing was getting a Swamp raid one day after resting after clearing a crypt and prepping to haul the iron back by cart, forgetting the materials for the cart, after I had already moved the portal to a larger swamp some distance away. Then on the trip back the next day with the cart, and I triggered a Ground Is Shaking raid in the middle of the road route between my outpost and my main base. I believe I had a roadside outpost from when I built the road that would have had a crafting station, fire, and maybe a bed?? (Pretty much destroyed when I ran away:) I was surprised a raid was triggered.

It's worth noting that the raid countdown only continues while you are within the radius of the raid. I had left the radius with trolls on my tail, then was waiting for the event to end, which after several minutes was still on the map. I wasn't very far away, still visible in the mini-map area. It wasn't until I would return and stayed in the area that it seemed to end
