People make mods, the game will not and does not support them, people who tell you otherwise are lying.

Forum moderators hae indicated that Iron Gate Studio will not consider providihg mod support until its game is nearly finished. It is possible a Steam workshop will be added then.

There's already mod support. There are hundreds of mods on The Nexus and Thunderstore.

Mod support may come when the game is fully released as per Iron Gate. But I wouldn't currently count on it.

That said, the Thunderstore mod manager is pretty nifty, and allows you to manage and update your mods easily as well as disable them quickly, or just run the vanilla game straight away.

I like it, and that's coming from somebody who usually doesn't use mods in games.
