Updates/patches Discussions locked and censored - Why?
OK, so I would just like to gather a mode of thinking here and tell me if I'm talking sh*t.
--------------------
Since August 30 2022, 6 'small updates' and rather insignificant patches have released to date, all of which have been locked and comment restricted upon release; 0 comments, 0 discussion. All we may see is a 'Like' counter in accordance with Steam's platform.
I may also add that I have frequently seen threads which criticize the lack of Valheim's development on this forum locked down without any explanation.
"This topic has been locked by a moderator, no replies can be made."
--------------------
Before that, chronologically, each of the previous update comment sections have been met with increasingly critical comments to date. The most recent patches feature overwhelming critique and question of the developers progress, this much is fact.
Why are further discussion chains relating to patches/fixes/updates now being censored?
Someone had to make that decision.
I think most people would agree; Iron Gate, Valheim developers, have absolutely missed the mark in honouring their roadmap set out here:

The vast majority of updates I would call piecemeal, even minuscule in the grand scheme of delivering a game from early access 2 Feb 2021 to 12 Nov 2022, upon a wave of 5 million copies sold in just its first month. That number has likely soured to date with a grand total of 10 million copies being reported from reputable video game media.
According to Iron Gate and public sources, the total staff of Iron Gate has increased from 5-10 since release.
Apologetic fans have referred to 'Brooks's law, whereby adding manpower to a project that is behind schedule delays it even longer. That cannot apply here given the amount of time elapsed to 'ramp up' the training time of additional staff.
It is 'an outrageous oversimplification' according to Brooks himself and the supposed 'law' is plainly unsubstantiated.
Video game development cannot follow Brooks 'law' if our potential favourite titles are ever to see the light of day.
This is not industry practice and i'd like see evidence to the contrary whereby intelligent placement of staff within budget and reasonable time-frame concerns have not contributed towards the project.
Perhaps there is a confliction with Iron Gate's publisher Coffee Stain Studios (acquired by THQ Nordic AB/Embracer Group in Nov 2018) and the developers are tied to contract.
Perhaps the blame is not wholly at the developers door but we may never know.
My point is, we cannot even begin to know because we may not even be allowed to discuss it.
What I do know is I dislike that Valheim has misled its fanbase.
In comparison with other Early Access titles; steam users have been burnt before, only to discover that the money is in fact gone, and the title invested in was in fact virtually stillborn.
Thoughts?

*IN BEFORE THE LOCK!*
It's simple. They are just following the current trend in ALL social media: If the powers that be don't like something it cannot be said.
