Wisp Arrows

How great would it be to have Wisp Arrows? Shoot it out to get a view of what is going on in a distance? Not very strong just a recon arrow.

Oh, I just had a great idea for those wisp arrows; if you tag an enemy with them, the arrow sticks in them and clears the fog around it, making it easier to keep track of, instead of doing damage.

Wisp + resin = sticky light!

That would be funny.

Rudolph challenge; boop each biomes megafauna on the snoot with a sticky light so they can help deliver yuleklapps to good little vikings each yule season.

also, avoid getting killed by said large mob.

The real challenge would be trying to find an abominations nose in the dark.

Maybe this is just me, but I don't think the mist repelling would look very good while the fast projectile is moving ahead. It should work as normal wisp torch at the end of the path, but you'd probably have shot it at a distance and the mist would already collapse between you and the end of path, blocking vision. In other words, you wouldn't actually see much at all, and the mists flowing back and forth around the fast-moving projectile could look glitchy. They already don't look that amazing when moving fast with the regular wisplight.

A staff which functioned like magelight (and maybe spirit damage on top of that, IDK) from Skyrim could do better, since the projectile wouldn't have to move at arrow-speeds. It'd also require less inventory space, and eitr instead.

Why would we want that? It would take ages to travel across the world, exploration would be just painful....
Its literally the same, you travel, you gather, you sail back. Or you travel, you sail around a thing, you explore on the way back.

There are issues yes, but exploration is not it.

You want to remove portals, but add horses. I think my Fenris armor is going to be more useful than a horse and what are you going to do with a horse. Leave it on an island so you will never use it again?, it doesn't function in this game unless we have a good option to have pets travel along on boats.

it's honestly realistic...... in dense fog arrows could be fired in order to hear / see in the dark where the banks were.... people did this. But this game is an absolute mess and needs far more than a few tweeks.

- directional combat in the xyz is a must.
- Boats hitting little fish and launching out of the water and sometimes flipping is a bizarre feature that should be relooked. weren't these developers all about details? The reason they are slow?
- REMOVE PORTALS.
- horses....
- change the method of boss fights, It's so badly linear.

Fire arrow kind of works like that in the other zones at night time.
