I occasionally still make discoveries even after so many hours played.

Maybe because 'no boss' and 'no portal' runs are a bit more deliberate and paced and so you tend to explore more (at least in my case).

I found a Draugr village, a large one, and in the main building on a raised platform opposite the doors sat a throne.

Not one for ostentatious decorations (and needing the lumber as well) I took down the throne and took apart the platform only to discover...

,,,two treasure chests, no doubt hidden there by the last holder of the throne

I may be late to the dance in finding this, but I was a neat discovery none-the-less.
