If I opt in beta branch, can I carry that over to public release?
Hope everyone is doing well! Just a simple question for people who might know? If I were to opt into beta branch, when it's public released can I still carry the save or would I need to start a new world again?
Thanks!
Thanks!

In most games the answer would be no you can not
but since the game saves character info and map info to your pc, there might be a way to just simply drag the files into the live version of the game. But I'm not 100% sure, will have to test it

You don't need to drag anything, just change your beta selection back to "none" and you'll be back in vanilla. Load your character/world and carry on, as long as the public test version of your world is compatible with the live version (so don't switch back until Mistlands has gone live).

The mods on the reddit for Valheim stated it will carry over to live.
Q: Will my progress carry over from Public Test to Live version?
A: Yes
