But its an interesting question that perhaps OUGHT to be a "Yes" If players kept the Raid state they had "earned" across servers it might make for an interesting challenge!

Almost everything you say is wrong. Look at the wiki, time has nothing to do with it. Has to do with killing certain creatures and bosses.

Yes you can transport Boss Head from one seed to another, BUT they must be in you inventory

I could be wrong but, your gonna get raids after completing a time period in that Biome. Depending on how much time you spend in one biome depends on what raid you will get and what biome is close to you as well.

I don't get what you are asking. Different seeds are different games. Even if you are using the same characters.

Events are linked to the map you did the kill on. So hanging boss heads from other seeds does not change event status.

So if you have for example never killed a boss on 1 seed and put all 5 bosses heads up on that seed, you'll still just get the neck/boar event only.

And yes, you still access the buffs.
