I finally killed Bonemass today (yes, I've been playing since February), and got the wishbone. I spent some time cleaning up previous tombstones (this time my stuff wasn't nearly as good, but I trapped him behind trees at the edge of the swamp and shot him with frost arrows until he keeled over). Eventually I tried equipping the wishbone, and got the message that I could now 'sense hidden things.' I said fine, and reequipped Megingjord for the trip home. I didn't realize immediately that the wishbone was missing . . . but I haven't seen it since, and I've looked in every chest in every house I could reach by teleporting. Please help!
