You should contact Valve about it. They're the ones checking Steam Deck compatibility.

Weird, I have zero issues with performance on Deck, at least with default power settings and default Valheim settings. The FPS is normally within 30-45 FPS range in Meadows\Black Forest\Ocean\Swamps

My big issue though are constant disconnects (sometimes just after logging in, 10 times in a row)

Early Access, still not optimized. Come back to it in a year.

I understand that. My whole point, though, is about the "verified on deck" sign. It shouldn't deserve it. It's extremely misleading.

it says nothing about performance.
and as mentioned above, the game is still in development, issues can and will arise in requards to performance and playability.

That's not what "verified on deck" badge means. You can check it for yourself, just click on it. This game simply not deserve the green checkmark as it stands.

Well if you click on the "learn more" button beside the verified icon, on the game's page, the description says:

- In-game interface text is legible on Steam Deck (not true, as stated some descriptions are too small to read without magnifying)

- This game's default graphics configuration performs well on Steam Deck (fals, performance is terrible, even on lowest settings).

Thus the verified mark is extremely misleading.
