Confused about servers
Ive been away for a very long time and never really "got in to" the game yet. So i fire it up today and every single server has a key next to it, which i assume is a password. Let it find servers for about 10 min and never found a place to get in. Are there no official servers? What should I do. The afterlife is very lonely... alone..

The default password for community servers is "secret", but you're better off just using the section of these discussion boards to find someone to play with. Valheim supports maximum 10 concurrent players.

ah okay. I really thought it was something a little different, but thats okay. My ten minutes of playing single player were shockingly beautiful, just had an idea that it was more like v-rising. thanks for the response.

The game is designed as a solo or co-op game, not multiplayer MMO style. You can make a server yourself by opening the game for others to join. But beware, there is no grief protection what so ever.

I think the game is not adapted for more than max. 10 players as the map is, sadly, not auto generating as long you discover it, that's why there is no official server. But i really wish they add the infinite world somehow, so people could start opening server maybe :)
