Game keep crashing during world loading, i tried to fix the common problems that may cause it

- outdated mods, i've litterally deleted all mods ( maybe except one graphic mod that
replace some assets, but i assume it's gone when i reinstalled the game )
- run as admin
- run in windowed mod
- high priority in task manager
- verified files integrity

i'm out of solutions, deleted all mods and any files that i found with "search everything", reinstalled the game multiple times, tried on an other hard drive, all drivers are updated
