Wisplight migraines
I was wondering if I was the only one who was suffering ongoing headaches and, more frequently than I'd like (never) migraines from use of the wisplight.
I like the general mechanic, and I like the stationary wisp lights a lot.
But one flitting around, very brightly on-screen, is causing me to become increasingly in pain if I try to play in the biome.
Any chance of an accessibility setting that can have it affixed to one spot (say, over a shoulder) with the effect replicating the normal one? having a game mechanic that impacts the actual player is not ideal

Maybe check out this mod: https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/ComfyMods/HeyListen/
And please everyone remember to stop playing immediately if it's beginning to give you health issues or such. :)

I feel (some of) your pain! I wish the wisplight would be stationary. I keep getting motion sick from it -- especially sailing!
Let me know if you hear of an update or mod to keep it stationary!

The mist and light make my head hurt as well. The stationary torches are a little better, but you have to plant 2 dozen in your work area then either abandon them or break it all down and move, which is a pain.
Once you no longer need to seek out things, its a little better, you can circle your (torch cleared) camps and get bunny/sap/whatnot with less pain.

While it doesn't bother me much when I'm outside, I found the Wisplight to be a real pain the moment I'm inside a building. Or even worse, when I'm sneaking inside a building.
I've been blinded so many times when I tried to aim my bow or arbalest, I've decided to unequip the Wisplight the moment I've entered a building. The view is a bit less, but at least I won't be blinded anymore.
I am considering to bring the Dvergr Circlet with me to light my way the moment I enter any invested mine. But considering I wasn't really happy about that one either, I don't see many other options as to not use any light at all.
Thorin :)
