Gotta agree that its one of the greatest games I've ever played. Its the simple things like sitting on my porch watching a lightning storm that are truly magical.

Valheim isn't perfect but for a cut-price Early Access release, it has to be in the top 5% ever put out. The tantrums from baby trolls who have to have MOAR CONTENT NOW WAAH!!!! are priceless as well. What I got out of Valheim was some of the cheapest entertainment I ever enjoyed, and I still drift back several times a week to fiddle with something or other. I'd rather wait for new content than have it full of bugs, the way it's been in several other early access titles that I've bought.

Picked it up the first week and put in about 800 hours over the first few months. I stepped away a couple of months ago. Keeping an eye on things and will jump back in when new content drops.

Sadly, I won't get likely get that 'first time wonder' I did the first week but it's a great little game that will only get better with time. I expect Val and I will have a long relationship.

It's honestly my favorite. I haven't touched any other game since. It keeps drawing me in for hours when i have the time. Glad to actually see a discussion without the hate. Kudos!

Who cares what they do with the money? They can throw them In the ocean for all I care, the game is still great.

A DayZ friend of mine that took a break tried out Valheim and he seemed to enjoy it. I also needed a change of pace and tried out Subnautica and Empyrion. They were interesting but just didn't grab my attention. I picked up Valheim about a month ago and since I shy away from spoilers if possible it has been a constantly new experience. I'm also not in a hurry to get through it and have spent numerous hours remodeling the abandoned cabins/huts on my starter island. My ingame days number about 400 - and I just entered the Bronze Age, haven't gone sailing and have only killed the first boss. I have A LOT of game left lol

And I'm still enjoying it.

Absolutely immersive and fun out of the gate. Working towards 900 hours and even my gf, who doesn't play involved video games (she sticks to terraria, pinball, and battleship) had started really getting into playing. She loves fishing and has even gotten into fighting.

Actually talking about getting her own computer (which she hated) so we can play together.

I have started several games as well. Always have fun. I have noticed though that just about every restart on day 2 I get fog. Usually I'm still deciding on where to set up the first base and fog is just a right royal pain.

I got the game in march as well, really is a great game. Devs really have done a great job all things considered. Tiny install size, great atmosphere/sound, beautiful graphics really is amazing when you consider the whole package.

Glad to see some positivity. I also agree this game is awesome.
