Agreed. Needs to be easier to get serpent meat mid playthrough.

You actually don't need the deep sea bait (serpent bait) to get the fish n' bread recipe.

Bait -> Mossy Bait -> Sticky Bait -> Stingy Bait -> Misty Bait
