it works ,man thx u alot :)Yip that'll be your errors, config manager 17.1 doesn't work with valheim specific bepinex. Should be able to just replace the confg manager dll with the one I linked and it should start working. I made the same mistake recently. ... i think i downloaded newest config 17.1 or so while in movie its 16 version

Hello ;) Where did you get the mod from? Nexus or Thunderstore? I downloaded the latest version from Thunderstore when Mistlands was released and had no real problems configuring it to my liking.
And what do you mean with "starred mobs" (non-native english speaker here): Single creatures or groups of creatures? As far as i can see you can only edit the star chances for single creatures within the mod (which should not matter as groups of creatures (what i call "mobs") are clearly comprised of single creatures "grouped together".
Im not a pro at configuring mods, but i guess you need to do one of the following things in order to get rid of starred creatures. In the "org.bepinex.plugins.creaturelevelcontrol.cfg" file, you can either set "Minimum stars" and "Maximum stars" to "None" or, if you use "Difficulty = custom" (as i do), you need to set all (!) values at "Chances for stars at world level X (percent) =" to "0". In my config, there are seven world levels (0 to 6).
I hope this helps a bit (and apologies if im wrong ;) ).

Video is a year old. You want BepInEx from here[valheim.thunderstore.io], CLLC from here[valheim.thunderstore.io], and if you want the BepInEx config manager you need this one[valheim.thunderstore.io] - the current latest generic release from github does NOT work on the valheim specific BepInEx.
Once you have those in the right place*, which the video shows, you should have:
*(and no lingering wrong files - if necessary as last resort completely delete your valheim folder and reinstall valheim)
That takes care of getting mods up and running. I don't use CLLC, but for your purpose you should be good to go with just changing min & max stars to 0 as CuriosityKillsTheMADCat stated. CLLC doesn't have vanilla default settings, you could also optionally change the item drops option to `vanilla`. There may be other things that could be reverted to vanilla, personally I didn't get that far through using CLLC.
Once you have those in the right place*, which the video shows, you should have:
- A console window open when you launch valheim, look in here for any red text. If no red that's good, if it shows CLLC loaded even better. If you don't have this window reinstall BepInEx.
- A warning message on the valheim title screen in the lower right about using mods, and a status message in the upper left with BepInEx version and number of running mods. If not reinstall BepInEx.
- If you installed the config manager F1 should open the config manager dialog - you can do this in the title screen, and/or during play.
