hmm just look around there is a good combo of 2 mods:
RenderLimits and CustomGraphicsSettings
be aware u can alter your view limits to the limits of your PC
it's nice to see trees and structures across islands but even my 3080ti barely handles that.

I see.. well your gpu has nothing to do with performance.
I tried those mods and i see much improvement, but the game is so stupid it doesnt use cpu and gpu. It just doesnt know how to use it.. so i have low fps also while my pc is sleeping instead of busy giving me high fps.. Game has bad engine :|

it uses 100% of my gpu but i still have bad frames should be able to run it at like 250 fps

Need about 30% render distance is all. Perhaps when the game comes out of alpha there will be a grafix slider.

Render Limits works great installed on a dedicated server. Once properly configured with some distance/lag compromises, I only lose 5/10 fps depending on the context.

You still have to limit yourself to the display distance trees/constructions because increasing the active areas (enemies and fauna) even by a single unit has a huge cost in performance.

I have not tested solo/local.

Yes, I would love this mod too.
