As a hint, it is a spice rack, so you will need dried things to use as spices.

As for these dried elements, one is in the meadows and the black forest, one is in the black forest only, another can be found both in the black forest and the swamps, and the last element is found only in this last location.

Add to this a little wood to hang them from for drying and you will have your upgrade.

do you have all the materials you need for a spice rack? if you so, you should see it with the hammer, in the crafting stations tab.

You need all the pieces to unlock the ability to build it from the crafting build menu. Hardest would be getting Turnips.
