I had this happen after i finished my bedroom, i died and... well i was stuck. As told, destroy that piece of wall with your fists if you have to, rebuild the part, but the bed in a different location and see if you can functionally stand up and get off the bed.

Console fly, I forget the commands.

None of your tipps worked in the end; but thanks a lot, everyone, you inspired me to go on and not to give up!

1 - Hammer: well, it's only for repair, it seems
2 - Flintstone axe: was too short in my case
3 - Antler pickaxe: was beyond repair. I tried to build a work bench, but couldn't reach it
4 - fly: Might work, don't know how
5 - killing myself by conole or by fire probably impossible, as my bed is my problem

In the end, it was the spear! It reaches beyond other weapons.
Always wear a spear ^^

Hammer is not just for repairing things. You need to click on the mouse wheel to destroy things you built with it

It's like I tried to play tetris in a pacman game.

If the worst comes to worst log in with another character, walk / boat over to the bad build, and tear it down from the outside.

I built a house a while back where the bed was in the attic with a low slanted roof over it. Every morning when I woke up I would somehow pop through the roof and slide downthe the wall to the ground 2-3 (I don't remember how many) floors below. I could have just moved the bed, but it was fun.

I've also been stuck in bed many time and had to use the hammer. I like to sleep in the entrance to burial chambers if there's one close by when night falls. You just plop down a fire next to it and put the bed in the entrance. No building required.

Unfortunately the roof tends to be just a bit too low and you can easily get stuck. Lately I've been pounding the ground down a bit before I lay the bed, which works well and just takes a few seconds.

This thread is a good example of how there exists many potential solutions to problems, even such a simple one as getting stuck in your own house.

THIS is super good information honestly.

I assume you can't bring out your building hammer to demolish the walls either. If you can still attack, you could try taking down the structures that way?

you should be able to equip your hammer and middle click above you or below you to remove either one. Least that's what i did when i accidently trapped myself.

Yo bro I'm dying laughing but I hope you get it sorted out.. like others have said hopefully you can equip your hammer and demolish it..
