Not sure the exact FPS for you. For me, my specs are as follows:

GPU: MSI 8GB RX570 GDDR5 @1080p 60hz monitor
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: 40GB DDR4
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

My FPS averages 45 to 57, going as high as 60 in idling situations, and as low as 28 on particle-heavy situations. Most of my graphic settings are at Medium, except Shadows which is set to Low, Draw Distance & Active Light points are set to Very High. I turned off Bloom, Motion Blur, Soft Particles, DoF, Chromatic Abberation, and VSync.

If it get's really bad just set the resolution to 720p and turn off anti-aliasing. Everything will look "worse" but the performance will be incredible.

we have semi similar setups and monitor, im running medium/high settings at 1080P, 65-70fps
