Please note that adding someone to the Adminlist file only grants access to a small number of commands used to manage server players, banning and unbanning them, for example. It does not grant access to the Devcommands such as God mode. The only mod I know of that does that is Server Devcommands, as pointed out by Renfish.

Note that being on the admin list is necessary but not sufficient for commands if using the separate server executable. Servers do not offer admin command access without mods.

in your servers config-directory theres a file called "adminlist.txt"

edit the file and add the steam-id of your wife (for example download it, open with notepad, save and upload it back to server)

the first id can be yours, the second line the id of your wife. additional id´s can be added to grant admin-access to your friends.

where to get my steam-id?

1. upper left menu - click on steam, select "settings"
2. in popup-window, look upper right corner, click on "Account details"
3. now in main window, see directly below the headline "account of <your steamname> - you see the STEAM-ID
4. copy the number to your clipboard.

after changing the adminlist.txt, the gameserver needs to be reloaded.

Or you two can just build a proper defensive barrier first and she can build in peace within if done right. Also depending on which biome you are building in.

Hiya! You'll need to install a mod called Sever Devcommands which is on Nexus to be installed on the server and client-side. Install it on your computer as you would any other mod, your server should have a section for mods as well.
