Anyone experiencing small lag moments every 15 mins or so? (besides world save) Since Mistlands it feels like there is an buffer/cache issue.

i9-12900KF 23G DDR5 GTX1660ti - play 1440p at 50-70 fps, also during the lagg moments.

Wondering if this is a known issue and if its addressed.
