A travois/sled/sledge whatever the language the idea is the same, a pre-wheel cart you drag. Give it fewer slots say 1/3 of cart, an x2 or x3 weight multiplier (compared to cart) and available in stone age.

A recycle/delete option for items. Could be a new tech or a button in inventory where you drag and drop things you no longer want.

A button to automatically sort items in inventories. That will stack similar items and reorder them.

The ability to craft things without having to search for the materials trough all chests. If the materials need are present in chest close to whatever workbench you're using, make them get consummed withou thaving to go grab them in the chest where they are stored.

Do you mean in addition to the 3 boats we can row now?

not like the ones we got now, just a rowing boat , no sails.

Armor configurations. Just different layouts for the style of gear you have. Currently there are very few options.

Cool idea but also make a multiplayer option on the Karve and Longboat would be to have them oar powered option with appropriate increases in speed depending on how many oars (men/women) are working

a NPC hostile clan of vikings with their settlements and ships

Nice idea, NPC vikings would make interesting sea battles and plus a new type horde attack on your base.
