So I've now seen a few times, always close to dark or at night, something that looks like a dark shade / spirit thing appear.

But shooting arrow does nothing and approaching closer it always vanishes. Obviously, unlike the swamp wraiths this thing doesn't appear to be involved in combat in any way.

What is this? Some ghost that just adds to the spooky nature of the dark or does it actually attack / do something later on?
