Valheim Plus is pretty much the only mod you need if you want to tweak just about everything about the game - helpful for QoL stuff. It doesn't add content. It's my go-to, 100%.

pretty funny given my earlier posts.. but in deference to OP . Other languages have totally different sentence structures and Google translates the words not the sentence.. ( or they are Sh*tfaced :-) ) "are they got to mods people suggest?" Is this stoner speak?

Nah. Just poor typing.
"Are there go-to mods people suggest?" OP is asking if there are mods people recommend.
OP, ValheimPlus pretty much will give you all the options you'll ever need. Thunderstore is part of the Overwolf ecosystem, just like CurseForge is for Minecraft.

Valheim plus is the first mod you should look for. It has a lot of settings that you can change. Might as well get one mod that does a lot than to get a dozen smaller mods that do the same thing.
After that, look around to see what you like. I'm playing around with ValheimRaft this time around and I think it's going to be a fun one. I can build my own boat and sail around on a mobile base.
I get my mods off of Nexus and use their manager which is called Vortex.

Also a great option.
Do keep in mind that while both Overwolf and Nexus DO screen mods for malware and the like, they do occasionally miss something, and you mod at your own risk.
Also, this game is in EA, and patches break mods.

There are countless mods for different play styles. QoL mods, building mods, and extra content mods.
I personally use QoL mods to make building easier and building/decor mods for more content. I also downloaded some armor/weapon mods that you might wanna look into.
https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/DarkHeim/dragonblade/1.0.0/
https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/HugotheDwarf/Hugos_Armory/8.3.0
https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/AeehyehssReeper/ChaosArmor/10.5.2/
https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/southsil/SouthsilArmor/2.6.1/
^ Southsil Armor mod is a hidden gem that doesn't get enough attention and I HIGHLY recommend it. The default crafting recipes are EXPENSIVE but this can be changed in the config files, and all 12 armors have a unique passive/blessing given to you.

And I'm back.
Other mods:
I'm sure there's tonnes I'm forgetting, mods I've never seen or heard of, and there's mods that are sadly no longer compatible and seem to have no up to date equivalent - like SkipIntro, which skips the new char speel and bird flight.
Other mods:
- Instantly Destroy Boats And Carts: unbuild boats and carts like any other building piece. Optionally prevent while occupied and/or with cargo in the hold.
- ComfortTweaks: adjust time to rested, base rested time, rested time per comfort level, the effect of rested on stam/hp regen, radius for comfort effect from pieces, whether shelter is needed to gain resting; and you can also enable a hotkey to quickly see which comfort pieces you have and which you could but don't.
- ContentsWithin: shows the contents of folders on hover using the default UI. Theres another mod that shows contents as a text list, I forget the name but it's by Azumatt.
- AzuAreaRepair: repair pieces in a radius around the player. Especially useful if your build has hidden clipped through pieces. Quite cheaty, since it's fast, though it does still take however much stam would have been required for each individually (which also means you don't get all pieces it maxs out stam).
- There's a few backpack mods, I believe Jouton(sp?) Backpacks was the one I used quite some time ago.
- I'm keen to try AutoMapPins sometime, but my current run is aimed at vanillaish with added difficulty, so anything that affects time to discover is cheating.
- Better Archery: not my cup of tea but I can see why people might like it. Been awhile, I've no idea if it's updated for current versions.
- There's mods to tweak portal item allowances, not sure which one I used last and it was some updates ago. I used it to allow refined metal, but not ore - had to set up mining camps but faster access to main base & crafting tables. The other option I considered was no metal items at all, but I'm not masochist enough for that.
- There's the likes of Epic Loot or Jewelcrafting, which add ability to upgrade weapons/armour with significant additional effects. I've only tried the former.
- There's trader mods, the two big things that come to mind are buy/sell more items, and bounty quests (kill specially spawned creature somewhere on map, find special treasure chest spawned on map) for rewards.
- There's UI mods like Auga or BetterUI.
- If you're into multiplayer there's mods that add anti-cheat, kicking players with blacklisted/not whitelisted mods, forcing player character saves on server so they can't be tampered, etc. Some mods can force server settings on clients, some can't or can't for all settings so that's something to be wary of.
- There's mods aimed at creative mode, there's one called Better Creative that I haven't tried. There's also PlanBuild which can be useful in a normal game too - however it has significant terrain editing ability and I can't remember if that can be disabled - with it in a normal game is cheating.
I'm sure there's tonnes I'm forgetting, mods I've never seen or heard of, and there's mods that are sadly no longer compatible and seem to have no up to date equivalent - like SkipIntro, which skips the new char speel and bird flight.

https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/Nexus/FarmGrid/0.1.6/
Allows for all plants planted with the cultivator to automatically be snapped and placed into a grid in which they will have enough space to grow.

QoL in my opinion

First off, I recommend using Thunderstore to download mods for Valheim.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37ERV1RPCYo&t=107s
The main/most important ones i use are: Teleport Everything (even metals..huge), Plant Everything, Item_Stand_all_Items, MistbeGone, EatLess (foods now last 2 hours), NoStamCosts (Hammer, Plow, Cultivator).
GLHF!

Epic Loot is a fun one, but I really just use Valheim Plus to make the game different without adding extra stuff.

I just started using mods a few days ago and the ones i'm using are Jotunn Backpacks, Equipment and Quick Slots, Unrestricted Portals, Plant Everything and Better Archery.
None of them really any new content to the game, but they made my experience much, much better. They removed much of the tedium and frustration i was having with the game, i was thinking about quiting my 3rd playthrough and these mods helped me trudge on and enjoy the game more.

Depends what you want. Quality of life? Cheats? A harder experience?
Mods I'm currently using:
There's lots more, but I'm currently in a rush for something else.
Mods I'm currently using:
- AAACrafting: allows entering a number to craft multiple items instead of clicking a lot. Also shows how much mats you need vs have to craft that number. Also adds craftable item search, and turns the list from scrolling to pages. Most of that is configurable.
- Azu Skill Tweaks: allows setting modifiers for skill gain, and skill loss on death. I'm using it to reduce skill gain and increase death penalty, there was some discussion/whining about skill loss recently and I thought a low skill run could be fun.
- Better Pickup Notifications: changes the pickup UI, shows icons of picked up items. Might also group better but I haven't used it long enough to notice (I got sick of seeing wood & resin interleaved instead of a total for one then the other).
- Config Manager: provides a UI for configuring mod paramiters in game.
- Farming: adds a farming skill, allows plants to snap, multi plant and pickup abilities gainable and configurable skill level, time remaining at skill level, grow time.. I've nerfed it just to snapping for this run.
- Smooth Save: supposed to eliminate save freeze. I haven't noticed save freeze so I guess it's working.
- Starvation: configurable damage over time if no food eaten.
- Custom Raids: quite powerful, I'm only using it to increase raid likelihood (80%, up from default 20%).
There's lots more, but I'm currently in a rush for something else.

Hey there,
please remember that as of now modding is not officially supported. It's done at your own risk, there are no guarantees for future compatibility. Please keep backups of your save files before you start modding. If you need technical support, please always include a full list of active AND prior mods, since that can influence the game's behaviour with regard to bugs.
Have a good day!

Yes, there are mods out there. Go on 'Thunderstore Valheim' and do a search there, and make sure it was updated fairly recently or try it out and if no good, just uninstall it again. Good luck!
