Taming Lox
How long does it take?
Been here for what feels like days, in game time. Went to get a good nights sleep to my home at one point and when I got back the berries had despawned and no more hearts were coming from the lox. Did it reset the taming process?
Nevermind, he is tamed now
What to do next with him? I mean, sure he keeps those skellys and whatnot away from that section of bordering meadows but I can pet and rename him but that's about it. Heard about riding but does that require some resource? Currently farming flax and barley, haven't yet refined those.

Craft and place a lox saddle on it to ride them.
If you have 2 or more near each other, feed them and they will mate and make more lox over time. Then you can use a butcher knife to kill them for resources.

A saddle uses spun flax and black metal ingots.
