Nexus has a good assortment.

I personally use nexusmods.com/Valheim. Click the Popular (All Time) tab to see the best mods out right now. The only thing off-site you will need is BepInEx which funnily enough is on valheim.thunderstore.io. Meh, I already use Vortex for other games, so I keep coming back to Nexus.

Valheim Plus is a must have mod that allows you to change many things about the game, making it easier if you want.

I'm pretty sure Nexus does have auto-sort mod there, along with a "reveal all" map mod (not sure if that's what you mean by sharper map). There are also mods that auto-pin points of interest on the map if that's what you mean.

There's a sorting mod but it's broken right now, it sort alright but it doesn't save the inventory after sort, you need to put something out of the chest and put it back to save the inventory or next time you visit it remains unsorted. https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/end360/InventorySorting/
