If you build parallel walls with a one tile separation you can push a single boar where you want it if it is not pushing against you at that point in time. How do you transport boars?
Since we can't use the harpoon anymore, I've build walkways with fence, but that takes forever, since there is no way (AFIK) to lead them anywhere. I tried putting them on a karve once, but they just jumped off. I haven't tried longship, but I don't see how that would be different, unless they can't jump over the rail.

a friend player used my suggestion about his pig area and put the iron bars that lay flat above the pig area , it keeps the bats from coming in there and also stops the drakes ice balls from hitting them as well

I just run around like a maniac with a hammer and drop/destroy pole fences... and of all the times when I'd welcome grayling interference.... ofc nowhere to be found.

I haven't tried this, but maybe you can build a cage and put one in it and push it onto a boat. I use food to entice them short distances, throw it in front of them and don't let them quite get it, like a carrot on a stick.
Edit - It would actually be fun if you could ride a pig, with a carrot on stick to steer it
I do a similar thing, and play a game "first two to the other side live", but they don't seem to understand that. :-)

Best advice I got for ya, move pairs of your prized boars to different locations, after increasing their numbers, they can be transported, it won't stop them from being killed, but you will still have another location of boars to fall back on. I did this on my world.

I know exactly how you feel, this is my first playthrough and I came across the same situation a few days ago, flying bats came and wiped out my boar herds and most of my wolf herd, even after I thought I'd secured the wolves but they found a big enough space to fly through, luckily I had them partitioned and some survived.
It left me feeling lousy though, I've grown used to the relaxed farm atmosphere and the last thing i wanted was my animals secreted away in hardened bunkers.
I'd progressed to having already killed Bonemass so my solution was to make a new world, yea start over, but my plan is to only kill the bosses in 'world 1', while I play without raids in my home world, 'world 2. It's working so far, I recently killed Eikthyr in 'world 1', went back to playing in 'world 2' and haven't had a single raid so far. I have both Moder and Yagmuth marked on my map in world 1 so I'm all good.
Hope that helps, there's a thread of mine a few days ago with some good answers, maybe you'll find it helpful, although I think blprice61 comment just before mine has one of the best answers I've seen.
Honestly, it wasn't the bat and wyvern raids that made me start over, it was a factor, but it was really the 'wolf hunt' events. I can live with the base raids but those hunts are spoiling my game too much and doing it this way may solve both, we'll see...

This is a very good plan. Flying raids can be a bummer. Can always try setting up the pigs inside a barn, so the bats can't get at them in the future though.

Find a nice easily leveled spot at least 200 meters (nearly one mini-map zoomed in width) away from the edge of your base, put workbench and portal, make fence around as far as the workbench area covers. Cultivate the area, you can plant crops and raise boars in the same area. Outside the fence, plant trees. Might as well add your beehives just inside the fence.
Once every four days, portal in, cull and feed the livestock, harvest the honey and the crops, plant crops, and round out the day cutting down and replanting trees. That gives plenty of mating and birth time to the livestock, the young ones along with the newly planted crops will mature by next visit.
Because there are only two base structures at the location or anywhere nearby; it isn't considered a base for triggering raid events.
