Just my prediction, but I believe this shows the update is imminent. This would also explain why we are a week late on the monthly dev blog. Its more liekly they drop the update without warning and then include a dev blog detailing mistlands alongside the update.

Either way, i would keep your eyes peeled over the next couple of days.
