Well Im not running any mods. And more information would be useful. Which file? Im running local and it wont even get to the start screen.

If you using mods that have Server Sync, disable crossplay for your servers.

it appears that the update IG released today to enable something called "crossplay" breaks the server side of the game (even local it has a client:server setup).
