It depends if they already did some up-front work on Mistlands already or not. Also how much content it will add. They could keep it simple and populate Mistlands with a couple of new enemies and a boss, and add a new armor set. Maybe one new food type with some recipes for it. They have already created the land itself.

I don't want to build up any expectations, prefer to just let it happen when it happens. But if I had to guess, I'd say Jan/Feb

My gut feeling says 'yes', at the end of the year. They'll have three good months to work on it, and I believe they'll aim for the Christmas holidays (yes, they'll likely have a smaller vacation around that time too). ...but if they encounter any issues along the way, I'm fine with a later date too.

Doubt it.

It took them almost a year to make H&H so I think the next major update will take another year if nothing changes in their attitude to work.

I posted my gut feelings about this on a thread yesterday and my post was nuked and the moderator gave me a warning.

Took 8.5 months for a H&H.

We have 3.5 months left in 2021.

they stated they started H&H in May

I guess in march 2022

H&H took a long time to come out but for all we know they also worked on the new biome(s) in that time

I will assume so, as the update is a tiny amount of work for that period of time.

That's not a moan or a complaint, just an observation and yes I know what I'm talking about.

they started in may/june on the H&H so 5 months of work.

hoesntly nope. spring 2022. i bet march is the month release date for mistlands
